It’s also a top priority to protect the well-being of our valued and loyal patients. Our offices meet and surpass all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We’re confident that we have the perfect atmosphere in order to make all patients comfortable and welcome when they walk through our doors.

Appointments

Making an appointment with our office is simple! You can either check out our contact page and call our practice, or simply fill out the appointment request form on the right side of the page. Our offices facilitate communication, and emergency calls are available and welcome, especially for patients who are seeking professional help.

Financial

Because we want to please and accommodate our patients, we’re more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help recover the most from any of your benefits. We’ll work to do what we can to help you afford any treatment you need and want. For patients who require major dental work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule that you’re comfortable with. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

Cancellation

We understand that emergencies and cancelations can easily occur. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This is so we can open up the appointment time for another patient if need be. A fee may be charged if a patient doesn’t show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
